Conference Season (Forever)
Conference season continues. The LRG attended the Accelerate Conference in Vancouver to see what our alumni are accelerating, stole the show pretty in pink at ICPP in Niagara with old friends, and even brushed shoulders with organic semiconductor nobility in Dresden. And we're not done yet. Keep an eye out for the LRG at CSChE 2024 in Toronto!

We're Back!
The LRG kicked off the fall term with our annual BBQ chez Benoit. We're looking forward to the new academic year. Check back soon for exciting news about the LRG!

Conference Season
Our conference season is already off to a great start. Vittoria, Ben, and Benoît were out in Winnipeg at CSC to represent the LRG. Closer to home May and Nic took the stage at ACFAS to present on polymers. Keep your eyes out for more of our members as they head to ICSM in Dresden and to ICPP in Niagara. If you see May, Nic, Halynne, Bahar, Rose, Mél or Benoit, come say Hi!

The Best in the West
Laura Dickson went all the way out to Calgary to present at her first conference. Thanks to all the organizers at CSChE 2023 for a great event. If you missed the chance to see her talk, don’t worry, you can read all about it in ACS AMI. Keep an eye out for her first author publication, out now!

Top Tier Teaching
Congratulations to Halynne for receiving the 2023-24 Faculty of Engineering TA Award! This marks the second time in several years that a member of the Department of Chemical Engineering has received this award! The last was held by the LRG’s own (now Dr.) Samantha Brixi.
In the Lessard lab we are motivated by developing low cost and sustainable electronics through the engineering of new materials and their interfaces into next generation electronic prototypes. We are dedicated to rigorous and reproducible research while fostering curiosity, enthusiasm, and collaboration in a safe, equitable, inclusive, and respectful environment. We enable interdisciplinary research through industry-academic partnerships while providing the infrastructure and support to further the advancement of our researchers.
