Halynne Lamontage

PhD Student

Wanting to escape her small town in Saskatchewan, Halynne dreamed of living a fabulous life in a big city - which to her, Ottawa truly is. However, to say her life is fabulous might be a stretch – she eats entirely too much KD for a full-grown adult and enjoys curling and golf, the most exciting of all the sports. Her highlight from her time in the LRG so far has been her trip to the synchrotron in Paris to do cool science - the food and wine was a nice bonus.
